A powerful and highly effective serum containing 1% Retinol, a stabilised form of Vitamin A derivative, which helps to increase cell turnover. Retinol will also help minimise pores and reduce the appearance of fine lines and pigmentation, resulting in firmer, younger and more even-looking skin.

  • Eligibility for returns and refunds

    • Damaged or defective products
      If the product arrives damaged or defective, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Proof of damage (eg. photos) must be provided.

    • Incorrect items
      If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. The item must remain unused and in its original packaging for a return to be processed.

    • Unsatisfied with the product
      For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for used products unless they are defective or damaged. If the item is unused and unopened, you may request a return within 30 days of purchase.

    Non-returnable items

    The following products are not eligible for returns:

    • Opened or used items (unless defective).
    • Products purchased during clearance sales.
    • Items damaged due to customer mishandling.

    Process for returns

    • Contact our customer service team at 07928 415 054 with your order details and the reason for your return.
    • If eligible, you will receive a return authorisation and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or incorrect items).

    Refund policy

    • Refund processing
      Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

    • Partial refunds
      A partial refund may be granted if:

      • The returned item is not in its original condition.
      • Parts are missing for reasons not due to our error.

    • Shipping costs
      Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

    Exchange policy

    Exchanges are only allowed for the same product in case of damage, defect or incorrect shipment. To initiate an exchange, please follow the same steps as outlined in the return process.
